The Chakra Experience: A Journey Into Our Soul

This beautiful workshop begins with a sweet chant and meditation. Setting our intention for healing, balance, and empowerment.   We begin a hatha vinyasa practice with an intention of awakening each of our energy centers. We then move into a set of kriya meditations designed to activate and balance each chakra. We will have an actually expereince of each chakra. We thwn create an ecstatic dance, freeing our soul to awaken to creative empowerment.   We gently fglige into a deep restorative shavasna(relaxation) with a guided sound therapy journey through the chakras, healing and clearing emotional blocks in our chakras.   This is a deep life transforming workshop.

Creative Empowerment: Living Your Dharma
Jan 16th $20 pre reg / $30 door
This workshop begins with a sweet chant and meditation.   We then set an intention to offer all our our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual effort up as a sign of devotion to our creative spirit.   We began a beautiful   deep hatha vinyasa style practice opening up our body, quieting our mind and allowing our breath to flow.   We then move into specific kriyas, mudras, meditations and visualization that open and empower our sense of creative freedom.   Gradually, we create a deep sense of freedom through dance and free body movement. We close our experience with deep relaxing, nurturing and empowering meditations and visualizations.
